Annual Health & Medical Form - Required for every member of the family that will attend/participate in scouting activities. 

Family Talent Survey - A form completed annually by adult family members to help us get to know you and your interests. Cub Scouting is a family program and as such, we want to identify ways you can help make us successful for your child. 

Holiday Scout House - All scouts are encouraged to participate in our Pop Tart House Competition to be held at our December Pack Party. Please build your own design and bring your completed house to the meeting for judging.
